Went to the restaurant to celebrate women’s day and we were told that we have a cocktail free, but guess what, we got charged for it.
This is such a shame considering that we spend over 500£ to charge for the cocktail that supposed to be free.
Not returning again for sure.

Very very bad food , unfortunately we ordered sushi, it wasn't fresh at all but u can say it's rotten fish ,, we called the manager who said this is what it is !!! Very bad service, no hospitality!!!!
Never ever go there again Never!!!!!
We paid £150 ,
Then we went somewhere else to eat !

We had an amazing experience at Nova restaurant tonight. Thanks to Nandana for her excellent customer service, she was very friendly from the beginning to the end. She made our night and I would definitely come back another time and I would recommend this place to anyone. They treated us so amazingly!!!!

food was nice but a bit overpriced for what it is, and we were the only ones there but the server still forgot to input a few of our drinks into their system which was a bit annoying considering the high service charge

I just had the best time at Nova Lounge. The vibe there is so chill, and it’s a perfect place to hang out. But honestly, what made the night was our waiter, Wasim. He was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly .He made sure we had everything we needed. It felt like he genuinely cared about making our experience awesome. If you’re in the area, you’ve got to check it out! Highly recommend it!

On Halloween night 🎃 we went there and one of my family's gold was stolen. We informed the management there, but unfortunately they didn't cooperate at all. It's a complete disrespect. If it were possible, I would definitely not give it a star.

went for a bday dinner , we was seated and ordered food and when finished waited over 40 mins for food to be collected from table. had to get up from seat to find a waiter and when we did they didn’t come straight away until got up again. we had said we will have birthday cake to be given to us that we brought and when they cleared the table we asked to bring cake multiple times and it wasn’t until we got up to the main reception at front to state this. When it was time for the bill we had made a online reservation and paid a deposit i had called earlier to ask if it will be taken from the bill or will be extra and when received the bill they didn’t take the deposit off so had to go to front desk again for the 3rd time. Food was nice would recommend the sushi , however service can be improved

It really depends what you’re looking for… If you want to have some conversation with your friends this is not the place as music is so loud that you can barely hear each other. Prices are pretty high - yes, but this is something you know before. You can check that online so no surprise about that. Was the food good ? Unfortunately I had the worst burger ever here … I left more than half of it on the plate, my friend as well. The food was cold plus they served appetizers together with main dish. Who does that ? Overall really average food, halloumi was not even grilled and that bread shouldn’t be called focaccia… I would not recommend this place.
